Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are considered final upon purchase. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for items that you have purchased and downloaded.
Exceptional Cases
We believe in customer satisfaction and will consider issuing a refund only in exceptional circumstances. A refund may be considered if:
- The product is proven to be non-functional or broken and our support team is unable to provide a working solution within a reasonable timeframe.
- The product was mis-advertised and its core functionality is substantially different from what was described on the product page.
To be eligible for a refund under these conditions, you must contact us via our contact form within 7 days of your purchase, providing your order details and a clear explanation of the issue.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
We will not issue refunds for reasons such as changing your mind, not having the required expertise to use the product, or purchasing a product by mistake.
